醫學倫理的發展史

1800BC Hammurabi法典就提到“醫師”的職責

1. is expectedto preform his art with eccellence.
2. to be responsible to the trust put his hand.
3. to live by rules that are deserver for physicians.




500BC Hippocratic Oath 醫師誓詞(醫學倫理之先師)

1. Do notjing that would intntionally harm the patient.
2. Keep secret what passes between patients and phsicians.
3. Maintain a high standerd of excellent in all you do.
4. Refrain from giving patient intentionally any opision

1200AD Rabbi Moses Ben Maimon(猶太人)發表了醫療法典

1803AD 英國醫師 Thomas Percival 著「醫護人員行為法案」，並且成為 19th 的醫學倫理準則

1974AD 美國的醫學協會成立發表醫學倫理規章

1. Doctors need to dedicate themselves to provide competent servicewith compassion and respect for human dignity.
2. Be honest with patients and strive to expose phsicians who were deficient in character or competence.
3. Respect for law.
4. Respectthe right for patient.
5. Countinue in study.


1976 Karen Quinlain 事件-醫學科技對人類生命之操控能力極醫療決定帶來震撼

1977 美國總統下令對醫學倫理的全程研究

1983 總統任命的醫學倫理諮詢小組建議醫院成學倫理委員會

1985 美加醫學院規定醫學倫理務必在課程裡加以規劃列為必要之課程
